THE WORST company I've ever had the misfortune to work for. Dirty rotten scum. ****ed everyone out of everything and anything they could, overtime bans, then ask you to work as the otm had no crew and were surprised when told them to **** off.
I'd rather **** in my hands and clap then work for them again.

@Eebbs1912 is that the general feeling among all your colleagues or just based on your own experience with management?

General feeling, they ran the contract in to the ground. Conned everyone out of bonuses and contacted allowances. Everyone started leaving and they wouldn't replace anyone. Trying to roster 17hr shifts so the travel shift was on the same day and meant you weren't working one of the two weekends a month. Trying to roster more than 14 days in a row. Refusing to pay overtime for late changes. The list is endless.
