Hi, I will be traveling from Waterloo to aldershot, off peak return, and I have a Z1-4 monthly travelcard on Oyster with a 16-25 Network Railcard.
After doing some researchs, apparently BZ ticket can only be purchase in station office. So I need to go to Waterloo ticket office and ask for a Boundary zone 4 to aldershot tickets ? How do I know how much will it costs ? I looked the off peak return between New Malden (z4) to aldershot, it is 7.65 so is this the price ? And what if I just get a New malden to aldershot tickets instead and use oyster card to tap in / out of waterloo ? Does that violate the rail regulation ?

If you've got a Travelcard, you can just use the ticket from New Malden if you wish.

A Network Railcard and a 16-25 railcard are different things, although both offer the same level of discount. If you do have a 16-25 railcard then fare is indeed £7.65.

If you would prefer, you could use a New Malden-Aldershot ticket instead. You only have to touch your Oyster card in at Waterloo. You do not have to touch out at New Malden.

Really? Never knew that. Can I find it through tickets from other destinations? I think I've tried that and failed before.
I don’t think it’s all machines, maybe just the older S&B ones. I’ll double check next time I’m out.

Some SWR machines have also sold boundary zone tickets for a couple of years.

But not very reliably. Everytime I tried doing this at CLJ last year, the isoftware would typically collapse and the machine reset itself. Once ended up with a line of about four of them -- all having massive brainstorms. Same problem at WAT.

More seriously, the rail industry provides next to no publicity to the Boundary ticket system: the OP's questions should remind us that they need to, they must still be double charging fairly handsomely. NB, it's only 30 years since zonal fares were invented: anyone up for a class action suit?

I can’t comment on that, I only saw them while looking for something else. Haven’t ever needed to buy one yet...
