Can you buy an All Line Rover from Ffestiniog Railway/Welsh Highland Railway?

Can you buy an all line rover from the FR/WHR? If so what would/does it look like?

What is the reason they accept them anyway? I would have understood Vale of Rheidol but it doesn't!

I believe they have normal ticket issuing systems which print on regular CCST up there.

I had a footplate ride up there once, when travelling on my round robin, and had an enlightening chat with a member of staff with regard to how the ticket sales and private settlement works (or, allegedly, didn't work!). Probably nothing I can say on a public forum, even if it wasn't entirely true!

I assumed someone (Rail Delivery Group?) kept a record of ALR and Round Robins issued, and every four weeks sent Ffestiniog a cheque for the agreed amount. Maybe Ffestiniog didn't agree the amount....
