Somewhere, not in London
How would you run that on the Central Line (apart from putting it under special protection) ?
Hence the ITMP (Incompatible Train Movement Plan).

Or they could have picked up their wallets in CPD and paid for fitting the 1992TS with ATMS, the equipment was all purchased but the fitment filed into the "Too Difficult" and "We're AC Tractioning Soon" piles. (Around 10 years ago)

The 92s were built like lego. And now they're finally falling apart before our very eyes... They were built on the cheap so I doubt ATMS would have been included !
