Class 321s still in service?

It just means that the train has been timetabled with the acceleration/max speed/timings of a class 321, nothing more. LNR's class 319 services are pathed as 321s for example.

When people talk about RTT 'pathed as' I always refer to Southern Class 171s being pathed as 158s, which have not been on the Southern network for a long time and certainly not on a service now run by a 171.

1M04 Mossend to Birmingham while not a passenger train but parcels is 321 hauled, as is the return 1S04.

I think it might be Transpennine that have something classed as "Class 506 EMU", DC only and retired in 1984...

You cannot always rely on the timing load in RTT as being the train type that will operate a given service.

Some of GE services also will have Class 360 timing loads even though these left even longer ago than Class 321s.

Noticed all the 321s at Wembley Yard are now panned down. They had been panned up prior to Christmas. Could this be a sign that they are soon to be moved on?
