Class 373 outline drawings with dimensions

Would anyone know where I could get some reasonably large scale drawings of a 373 please?

Someone I know mentioned that he would like to build a model of one complete with an interior – so I’d be looking for the sort of side, front and plan elevation line drawings that also show the seats – a bit like the seating plan but with the dimensions, if you know the sort of thing I mean?



I've already asked Eurostar and rather surprisingly they don't have any idea themselves...

That might explain why the refurbishment of the handful of 373s that will remain is both very late and very expensive...

As for drawings, there is a line drawing of a E* power car in "British Rail Main Line Electric Locomotives" by Marsden and Fenn; although I don't think it has dimensions on it. No idea on the intermediate cars, though, I'm afraid.

Thanks; the trailers would be required as well unfortunately... Well, not a whole 18 car rake of course but there's still five different types of trailer ( one of which isn't really a trailer as it's powered at one end... )

Have you tried contacting the National Railway museum or Alsthom?

I'm just looking at a 1997 copy of Platform 5 BR Locomotives & Coaching stock and it does give power car and intermediate vehicle lenths & individual car seating capacities etc. if of any use?

Edit: Just noticed the wiki page provides all this too so perhaps not a lot of use.

Doesn't show all the dimensions, though - especially as the bloke wants to build the interior as well.. Think equivalent to travel agent type model, not a OO gauge thingy...
