Can anyone help with the History of the Class 56 (scrapping dates & Places) etc.

There detail differencies between the Romanian ones and the UK built ones. There were adverse comments about materials used and build quality on the Romanian ones. They were 56001 to 56030. (From @Sun Chariot 's link)

I remember them being delivered. They were stabled at Darnall for a while and saw them when I visited Sheffield which was fairly regularly.
