Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone has any information about the 68 diagrams from May for Chiltern? Although Rtt has paths I don't entirely trust them, and I hope they are wrong as they are suggesting no 68s will run on weekends (which is ludicrous if you ask me with the stock shortages already). If anyone has anything would be greatly appreciated!

They aren't suggesting no 68s will run on weekends. They are suggesting that the trains are timed using the sectional running times for units.

Rtt currently has the correct pathing though. It's unlike Chiltern to change units to 68s. The 68s also have their own paths and timings

Yes, but a 68 can run on schedules timed for units. As it happens the empty stock workings out of the depot are timed for 68s, although it doesn't really matter.

Still it's a shame that there aren't any 68s pathed for weekends anymore, even if they theoretically could, I'm not sure they will (extra maintenance and drivers and guards etc). Shame really as great units for passenger

I mean, living on the CML my whole life, I've never had a substition where a 68 has replaced a 168, let alone heard of one. Usually it's 168s for 68s.
What Jonathan means is, even though services are pathed as units, they could still be 68s and most likely still will be. The timing load does not reflect what units are definitively going to run the service.

It would seem odd to replace the timings (which still exist on weekdays post-May) of 68 hauled services with 168 timings, considering the 68s are faster than 168s.
