Class 70's at Carlisle

On Friday (2nd July) I am going to Carlisle Railway Station between 12pm and 4pm. Does anybody know if any Class 70's are due to come through because I often see alot of Class 70 photos at Carlisle.

Gonna be a case of wait and see. No workings are guaranteed to be a 70 but it should be known early in the morning. HTH

That working is York to Ravenstruther. Should be returning through Carlisle in the next 20 minutes heading back to York for a loco change

Very rare that we get a 70 now. Recently they have all been on the fiddlers ferry - ellesmere port circuit or portbury so I am not sure. Not been at Carlisle this week but believe a n/bound coal between half 1 - 3 (4s42 to Hunterston) has had a 70 this week

Do you know of any other wokings what are not a Class 66 at Carlisle on Monday, I will get there at 11:45 and leave 16:15

I believe there is a DRS 37 on Flasks at 15:20 heading north, am I right
