Which workings can I rely on to be Freightliner 90s south of Crewe? These are ones which tend to be 90s:

4L90
4L95
4M87
4S88
4M45

Are these correct, and are there any others?

You can't really 'rely' on any workings south pf Crewe as they are all prone to frequent
substitution by class 66s these days due to high electricity prices, I'm afraid...

are there any others?

4M63 was back to the usual 66 today, but there were no less than eight class 90s working south of Crewe this evening:

Hi all, if anyone could give an update on the current FL 90 situation. I know that 4L90 is now booked 66 and are there any others which have also made that change?

Heard they may be stood down again due to electricity charges - Class 66s being cheaper apparently at current rates but how true this is...

Interesting - of course, Crewe to Coatbridge workings are all diesel during the Carstairs block, so will be interesting to see how many 90 workings there will be south of Crewe….

It seems that, during periods when Crewe - Coat is operating as normal, these are the regular 90 workings.

4L82 Basford Hall - Felixstowe, Monday - Friday; regular but not guaranteed

4L90 Trafford Park or Basford Hall, Monday - Friday; occasional

4L97 Trafford Park - Felixstowe, Saturdays; almost guaranteed

4M63 Felixstowe - Trafford Park, Monday - Friday; occasional

4M88 Felixstowe - Ditton, Monday - Friday; occasional

4M87 Felixstowe - Trafford Park, Monday - Friday; regular

4S88 Felixstowe - Coatbridge, Monday - Friday; usually 90s
