Unfortunately, Commuter Club Ltd is not currently serving new customers, nor renewing the tickets of existing customers.

Please note, your active tickets and loans are not affected by this decision.

We appreciate this is disappointing for many of our customers hoping to save money on their commute, especially as the cost of living is increasing.

The rail sector has been severely impacted by the covid-19 pandemic. This has been particularly acute for Commuter Club which specifically serves the needs of regular commuters. As a result, we are considering a number of strategic options for the company.

We are continuing to look after our current customers until the end of their current agreements, at which point we will not be renewing tickets. This website will be used to keep you updated on how to contact the Company if you have any issues with your ticket.

Should you wish to contact us, please use the following:

  • - Email: [email protected]
  • - Telephone: 0203 476 5002
  • - Mail: CommuterClub Ltd. 39 Alma Road, St. Albans, England, AL1 3AT
The Commuter Club team would like to thank all our customers for their support over the years. We are very sorry that we cannot continue to support your ticketing needs.

The Commuter Club team

Commuter Club was a UK-based financial services company that retails and provides loans for annual season tickets, allowing commuters to pay for them in monthly instalments.

Did anyone here use the service?
