As we're approaching the weekend of the coronation of Charles III, it's inevitable that some companies will be commemorating the event with special liveries. If anyone has photos or news items to share they can be posted here.

(Please remember not to post anyone else's work without permission and an appropriate credit)

For starters, Stagecoach East Midlands has adorned two vehicles in a special livery for the occasion.

Stagecoach East Midlands unveiled two special buses to mark the coronation of King Charles III. Two of its buses have been decorated in a special livery, featuring the official royal emblem to commemorate the event, the first for 71 years since that of Queen Elizabeth II in 1952.

The two specially-liveried buses are set to be in operation in Hull and Lincoln on 6, 7 and 8 May and will be seen across the region over the coming months. The livery features bunting style vinyls and blue, white and red roundels and includes the strapline ‘we’re proud to join the community in commemorating the coronation of King Charles III’ on the rear and sides.

TfL in London have 5 - 3 LT's, one in 'cyan' blue LT70 and two others in red. Then a Stagecoach Electric in Dark Blue and Abellio Electric in Pink.

In addition to the above, one Tootbus tri-axle has vinyls for the coronation as does one of the Brigit Afternoon tea bus Routemeasters. All of the five TfL buses have been seen out and about however Go Ahead London's LT 511 has yet to enter service. It was out and about in Oxford Street and Marble Arch earlier today on a TfL photoshoot. A couple of pics of the LT buses here:

I have also seen a pic on facebook of a Stagecoach Newcastle E400 which is similar to the two mentioned above..

I saw a Routemaster on coronation Sunday going down Wellington Street towards The Strand. Was this something to do with the Coronation weekend or just a private charter?
