Cross country unreserved coach

I am travelling on the 0828 from Derby to Bristol tomorrow and to my understanding it is still a HST. Do cross country HST's have an unreserved coach like coach B on 5 car 221's?

On these HST's, only the Standard Class seats in Coach B are unreserved. There's only around 10 of them which thankfully is the only problem with these trains I can think of, thankfully!

However you can always get XC on Twitter (not sure about Facebook also) to reserve you a seat. Or use the 10-minute reservation text on the day which is for Coach C (82 seats). Seats can be reserved normally in C but only Coach C on these and Voyagers is for the 10-minute reservation.

Thank you for your replies. I will try cross country on Facebook for a reservation if not coach B or C tomorrow.
