I've just tried to claim delay repay from CrossCountry. I filled in the form and ticked the "I'm not a robot" CAPTCHA box, then went back to upload the ticket. I then clicked the submit button, but the CAPTCHA reset and said "verification expired", so I ticked the box and clicked submit again.
I've now been emailed two almost-consecutive case numbers, so it seems that the claim has been submitted twice, despite the CAPTCHA not being completed the first time!
Is this likely to cause a problem - and should I attempt to phone XC to get this corrected?
