Just wanting some advice from someone who has gone through the experience. I've got through to the roleplay and interview stage and I'm trying to prep for the interview and looking through the competencies. Just wondering if anyone has any examples of the sort of questions asked for Building Capability. Organisation Awareness and Collaboration as I'm trying to get some good examples together.

The idea is that you prepare 2/3 examples for each competency so you're prepared for anything that they might ask you. If someone from here tells you example questions then that might work against you as you'd be preparing for something that may not come.

Stick with the STAR format and try to avoid using the word "we" when describing your answer, they want to know what your thought process was so say "this is what *I* did and why *I* did it". Good luck.

Thanks for the advice. I got examples for results focus and Customer Service Orientation no problem but was struggling racking my brains for examples even using STAR that's why I thought examples questions may trigger some ideas

Building capabilities-you offered suggestions/personal advice to a colleague/friend and you saw +ve tangible result. Organisation awareness-you offered suggestions/advice to improve your work company/uni in a weak area you identified that helped it to improve. Collaboration-you worked with other companies to achieve a goal.

Anyone had the interview and got a response yet? Mine was a week ago now and heard nothing so think I've been unlucky this time round

If you had your interview on 9/10 August then 21, 22&23 August should be your last 3 working days out of 10. Therefore, you should have your results between today and Wednesdays the latest. Otherwise give them a call.

Hi guys,

I received my conditional offer email on 29th August 2017. When will they send the link to Sterling checks and occupational health form email? Thanks to everyone. This forum helped me a lot.
