I need to submit a claim for delay repay. The TOC is Transport for Wales.

The arrival time in the WTT is showing as 32 minutes late. In the public timetable its showing as 28 minutes late. My query therefore is can I claim for a delay over 15 minutes as per the public timetable or for over 30 minutes?

No longer here
The public timetable, and what the arrival time was scheduled to be in the public-facing documentation/journey planner, is what matters. If you give the details of the service more specific advice can be given.

It was today, the 0903 Neath to Manchester Picadilly due to arrive at 1315 but actually arrived at 1343. In the WTT the arrival was meant to be 1311 but in the public timetable 1315.

Yes so that's 32 late to WTT, but only 28 late to Public Timetable
I dislike TOCs doing this since it leads to scenarios like this.

Thanks. So just to clarify I can claim for 15 minutes delay? Saves me putting the wrong info into the system as I intend doing it online.
