Hi, i was wondering if i had a journey which started on say 20th of October at 23:45 but arrived late or not at all until the morning, do i claim the journey as having been the 20th or as it says on recent train times website the 21st?

I think you put it down as the day you started the journey. At least this is what I have done in the past.

No need to over complicate this. Most delay depay forms would start asking for the details of the service you were due to take had everything ran to plan. So if this was scheduled for 2345 then you put that down on the reliant date.

I would fill out the form with the starting date but use a 30 hour clock so 01:00 becomes 25:00. Etc etc.
