Can anyone tell me what caused 2W67 to sit at Stockton for nearly an hour this evening please?

Following quote is taken from the online Northern Echo website

A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: "At 9.50pm on Saturday 7 September police were called to reports of a man being violent towards a woman on a train.

"The train stopped at Stockton railway station on Bishopton Lane and a woman, aged 26, was taken to University Hospital of North Tees by ambulance.

"A 38-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of intentional strangulation and is currently in police custody."
