Afternoon all,
I booked split tickets through the forum's excellent booking site for a long distance journey, out and back in a day. Due to disruption I was unable to complete the outward journey in the time required, so abandoned it.
I believe I am entitled to some reimbursement under NRCoT condition 30 for an abandoned journey, however I appear to be hitting / may have already hit a brick wall with Trainsplit saying I'm not entitled to any refund.
Without posting chapter and verse here, are any members or experts of the forum's ticketing site able to contact me directly via a message to advise what I should do next - to confirm I am indeed entitled to the reimbursement I believe I am given what happened on the day and the NRCoT, and to suggest any next steps to take - or do I have to "go in to battle" with Trainsplit alone?
Many thanks for any assistance.
