Good evening all,

I am really sorry, I know this has probably been asked many times but I just want to put my mind at rest.

I have gone for a trainee driver position at Southern. I have passed all my assessments online and on the assessments day. I have an interview coming up soon and wanted to know if it is the DMI or MMI interview that is done first?

Thank you in advance!

I think it varies by TOC, I have seen people have their MMI first and others their DMI. Personally I have applied for a FOC and I did my MMI as part of my stage 2 assessments and I am now waiting for a DMI date.

With Southern its usually DMI then MMI. I think SE do the MMI as part of the assessment day and then the DMI. Makes more sense to see if you pass the MMI before DMI.

But the way southern have always done it was mangers before multi modal
