Does anyone have Newhaven Rail Freight day Timings

Would it be possible if someone would send me the latest Day siding workings at the newhaven incinerator or link there of?

Looking at RTT, the trip to Newhaven ran today:

The path appears daily, but the service actually ran on only Monday, Wednesday and Friday last week. Perhaps there is a pattern here?

Perhaps there is a pattern here?

There are two different freight services to Newhaven these days:

- loaded stone from Merehead to Newhaven (the train linked to above),
which runs three mornings a week

- ash from the incinerator to Brentford, which runs in the early hours
of a Friday (Newhaven arrive 00:15/depart 04:48)
