Railsmartr doesn't charge any admin fees for refunds. Is there a retailer they won't charge for a refund even if the ticket has been collected?

It's probably worth mentioning these are a change, not a refund, however unlike with the standard Advance terms and conditions this allows the change to be to any National Rail ticket that the retailer sells, rather than changing the date/time only. However Railsmartr is participating in the Book with Confidence scheme, which runs until the end of September - meaning Advance tickets can be refunded if the request is made before 6pm the day before travel:

Damn. My friend buys his ticket the day before travel to avoid ques at the TVM or booking office on the day but worries if he was sick the next day he'll be hit with an admin fee.
Is there a retailer they won't charge for a refund even if the ticket has been collected? Note it includes a + London Underground transfer so will need to be printed off on CCST stock.

The only disadvantage is that you can't obtain an eVoucher (as with TOC retailers) to use against future travel or request the cancellation of your ticket before 6pm the day before to use the value of the ticket against a future purchase later (as with TrainSplit).
No. Trainsplit only allows one-to-one replacement (i.e. replace one journey with one other journey), rather than reusable eVoucher. Also essentially the eVoucher from TOC retailers is much the same thing as what Trainsplit offers, no?

For example, if you postpone the replacement of a £100 journey, you can't use the value towards 20 £5 journeys, unlike the TOCs.
