Elipsos Tren Hotel: FIP Fares?

Can anyone quote the FIP fares for the following trains:-

1) Paris to Madrid on Trenhotel 409/8 "Francisco de Goya",

2) Madrid to Lisbon on Trenhotel 332 "Lusitania",

3) Lisbon to Hendaye on Trenhotel 310 "Sud Expresso",

Please quote for Gran Class, Preferente, & Turista.

I was quoted £309.60 for 2 pax single FIP leisure in Gran Class today by railstaff@DB.

The Elipsos site http://www.elipsos.com/en/ quotes €178 per person FIP Gran Class.

I've heard a rumour that the Franco - Spanish Elipsos Trenhotels will cease when the highspeed line opens fully between Paris & Barcelona - only have two more long weekends to try to squeeze my Edinburgh - London - Paris - Madrid - Lisbon - Hendaye - Paris - London - Edinburgh trip in. Looks like £500 pp all in for 1st class travel all the way.

Off to your neck of the woods later on this month ~ Wexford & Belfast (Edinburgh - London - Cardiff - Fishguard - Rosslare - Wexford - Dublin - Belfast - Stranraer - Glasgow - Edinburgh) ~ a wee bit cheaper though we'll get change out of £50 for travel & that's for three not per person too!

I will be doing Rosslare - Cherbourg - Paris - Madrid - Malaga in mid September and returning via the little yellow train in Villefranche.

I usually go Club Class on the Elipsos but have decided to upgrade as it may be the last time I catch it.

I found it a very handy service as the connection(s) from either Cherbourg of Roscoff don't arrive into Paris until after 16:00 so you're stuck there until the next day.

Not sure it will help you, but in March/April my (FIP) reclining seat was 52 Euros (one way). The DBrail booking clerk said they get very busy and that booking four weeks ahead was "quite late" (that's all the notice I had!). I think he said Gran Class was about £174 (one way, possibly shared), but I could be wrong (nothing else was available).
