Please explain a little:
What actually happened 3 weeks ago ("prosecuted" means being taken to the criminal court - I doubt you mean that)?
What evidence were you asked for (a railcard, perhaps?)?

You say you were prosecuted - has the matter been to court yet, or do you mean you were stopped for having an invalid ticket? It would help us if you can post the first letter referred to in that email.

@Ibrahim86. Welcome to the forum. Looks like West Midlands Trains reckon that you've not been paying the correct train fare on multiple previous occasions. Is that basically correct? So, you either have the choice of stumping up what WMT think they're now due (is that £2000+) plus an admin fee of £250 added on top. Alternatively, you could always take your chances in court, where you'll quite possibly end up with a conviction against your name, for the incident when you were stopped, and a court fine. Good luck in sorting, are you now just wanting to know where the money, that's due to West Midlands Trains, needs paying to?

You get it Right, Thanks for the understanding , YES, AM now wanting to know where the money that is due needs paying to. I really need guidance on where and how to pay the bill

You need to ask the company by reply and they will give you the details. They are expecting a reply to their email.

@Ibrahim86. We've previously seen the following WMT bank details quoted on a couple of similar threads..

Mod note - bank details removed as these might not be relevent to the OP's case

Obviously you'll need to double-check these details with WMT before sending any money anywhere. You'll also need to add your case reference number as and when sending payment so that they can identify/match which prosecution case it relates to.

Might also be possible to make payment at a manned WMT station. Anyone able to confirm if this is possible?

Don’t send any payment without emailing the company! They’ll give you a reference to make payment so they know the money is from you, about your case.

Yes, we saw a case a few weeks ago where this was a offered to someone after they requested it as they were reluctant to pay on line. I don't think the person concerned came back to report on how this actually happened on the day, but I recall @Knoodlepot saying it was an option I think. I think they were asked to go to a relevant station near them at an appointed time to make payment.

Whatever method used the OP should retain proof or payment / receipt and retain that long term along with any associated paperwork / e-mails about this matter (ie for a year or longer)

I presume the train company have sent you a list of the fares they believe you have avoided? And that you are reasonably satisfied they are correct?
Was that in their mail dated 29 April?
