Hi guys, me again

Wanting to buy some advance tickets from St Pancras to Loughbrough on 19th August. Ive checked on the Southeastern website and only Super Off Peak returns are available at the moment. When is the earliest i will be able to purchase the advance tickets?

Advance tickets for EMR are already available for dates right through to the middle of September. I can find them for almost every train from between St. Pancras and Loughborough on 19th August using the forums own booking engine. They are not particularly cheap as they are priced at £26 for an Advance Single. The higher than usual price is probably due to engineering works between Kettering and Leicester. Fewer trains and extended journey times on that day but you do get the opportunity to travel over Harringworth Viaduct. For just £8 extra for a return journey it may be worth getting the Super Off Peak Return and have the flexibility of being able to use any train. It may also be worth getting a reserved seat as EMR trains can be very busy on Saturdays.

Hm, i know what you mean by not cheap. I was asking as i mistakenly booked the advances for the 12th August instead. After a bit of a panic i found out that you can amend tickets for a small admin fee. But there were no tickets for the date in question. Appreciate the advice though.
