Look at the entries in column I. they show where the diagram starts as a 10 car set and when they split. Is there still an up to date summary of which EMR intercity services are 10 car / which 5 car (and thus over crowded...) on railforums, apols as can't find it.
Thanks for helping with that explanation - much appreciated.Look at the entries in column I. they show where the diagram starts as a 10 car set and when they split.
For example, 020 starts as 10 car, 5 cars detached STP 08:40, then runs as 5-car until 1 added at STP for 17:32 departure.
I do try to keep the EMR diagrams thread up to date when possible. Basically all the 10 car intercity services on weekdays are now peak times. Will get round to updating the weekend ones at some point. Is there still an up to date summary of which EMR intercity services are 10 car / which 5 car (and thus over crowded...) on railforums, apols as can't find it.

EMR diagrams
I thought it might be useful to have a single place for the frequently requested diagrams for EMR with the introduction of the 170 and 180's and less HST's about. This can be updated when required to show the progress of the fleet change over the next few years. Hopefully this will be of use to...www.railforums.co.uk
