Eurostar Interrail supplement booking horizon

Anyone know what the booking horizon is for these? Looking at September, you can book normal Eurostar tickets, but the interrail €30 supplements are only out to July-ish (about 6 months?) via the b-europe booking site that I use. Does it roll forwards at 6 months out, or something else?
