Eurostar staff benefits

Hi does anyone know what benefits Eurostar staff get please?

Also if you know what contribution they make towards a season ticket that'd be a great help too.

I don't think Eurostar is part of the ATOC 'Reduced Rate Season Ticket (75% off) Scheme'. Drivers previously employed by British Rail will still get that (a bit more generous actually, with the first 40 miles free) but I don't think new entrants will, so I think it's full price.


HOWEVER, there is an assistance to work contribution, so not all of it will be full price.
If you look at this link you'll find there is a scale of what is given proportionally. I'm pretty sure what was proposed (in relation to the assistance to work payments) went through in the pay deal that year (2013).
