Curious to know what they look like, there seem to be NO images for these at all on the Web! Captured alien technology? Will I get a visit from the Men in Back for even asking this?

I've been looking for some images of these for ages too! I've only came across this video at around 00:49+ which shows them.

That doesn't look like the inside of the Chunnel to me? Too small a bore?
Yes, I have seen the inside of the tunnel - from the cab of a 319 roughly a mile in during the opening events.

Doesn't look like it is. The 0031 looks quite similar to the battery locos on the Tyne and Wear Metro from what I've heard.

The Thames Tunnel? That is indeed a smaller bore than the Chunnel itself isn't it?
