Hi,
I work in the railway in Portugal and I want to use my FIP coupons for a trip in Belgium.
I will be traveling from:
-Brussels to Gent
-Gent to Bruges
-Bruges to Brussels

Do you know how much is the reservation fee for using the IC?

Thank you!

There's no reservation fee for IC trains in Belgium. it's not even possible to reserve seats.

Just fill out the date on your coupon and enjoy Belgium. However, avoid Thalys trains - they have compulsory reservations and the fees are quite high - however Thalys don't run trains to the destinations that you're interested in.
