First Class upgrades on the Transport for Wales mk4s

Hello all,
A quick enquiry for those that may know if I may-
On tfw’s mk4 train from Cardiff- Holyhead, is there a first class upgrade option. Their website suggests so, and suggests an upgrade can be purchased if you have a rover or ranger ticket too.
I am travelling on a All Line Rover with staff travelcard (priv) and am wondering what the cost of upgrading from Cardiff- Holyhead is on a weekday if anyone knows please

I believe the upgrade is now no longer inclusive of the restaurant service though, but IIRC it’s something like £20.00 for the three courses in the evening so really good value for the meal.
