Please help, whenever I try and post a thread or reply to a thread like the ones I received yesterday When I press the add reply button the querty keyboard fails to open so I am unable post queries or thank you messages. Anyone else having this problem.

That sounds more like your mobile device's keyboard setting isn't configured to default it "always open on prompt".
I had that with a previous mobile phone and I had to change the device's settings.

Yes - I've just hit "reply" and my mobile phone keyboard has popped up as normal

Could you tell us what phone, browser, and/or operating system you're using?
