Haven't seen this mentioned anywhere else so here goes.

http://www.telerail.co.uk/product_range.htm

Scroll down the yellow box and click on the link, inputting zeros in for the credit card part.

Don't know how long the offer has been going so you might as well grab a freebie when you can!

Recieved in the post today, watching it now.

Yeah, forgot to mention that my copy arrived on Saturday morning. Watched it, not bad at all for free.

The reason I mentioned it in the first place was because my local branch of "The Works" are selling off many dvd's for 99p and one of them happened to be "Rail Freight Today - Volume 6 - West Country". If anyone lives or works near "The Works", it may be worth popping in to see what they have left. Incidentally, this dvd is £10 if bought from Telerail.

Cheers for the heads up I love a good freebie.
To be fair I have always had a fondness of Telerail productions.

With regard to Tele Rail DVDs, I'd be grateful if somebody could shed some light on something for me.

One of their DVDs - "Tele Rail in the Cab Volume 3 - Tyne Dock to Drax Power Station." retails for £25 direct from them, as do the previous Vol 1 & 2 DVDs. I saw the same DVD on eBay a few days ago bid to £30, despite its obvious 'used' condition, and I've seen it advertised in the 'used' section of Amazon priced at £50 !!

Can someone a little more enlightened please explain???

Personally, if it were available at around the £5 mark, or maybe £10 at the most, I'd be interested, but not £50!!

After watching it, I have now decided to buy the Preston - Glasgow cabride video.

I received mine on Friday (no-one bothered to tell me until Sunday...) and watched it Sunday. I was surprised how long it went on for really, but there are some fascinating productions out there!
