At a quick glance Norwich might work the following...

Trains and routes signed -
Class 153, 156, 170, 37+stock. 90+stock.
Norwich - Lowestoft / Great Yarmouth.
Norwich - Sheringham.
Norwich - London.
Lowerstoft - Ipswich.
Norwich - Ely.

AFAIK
Liverpool Street - London - Norwich & Witham-Braintree; 321/90+Mk3
Wickford - Wickford - Southminster; 321 (most of their jobs are commercial only I believe; with the 12 car runs to Southminster in the peaks their only actual guard work)
Colchester & Clacton definitely do Colchester - Clacton/Walton (both direct and via Colchester Town) and in terms of traction 321/360.
Colchester do Manningtree - Harwich; Colchester - Sudbury & Class 156; not sure if Clacton do any of these. Possibly a few more I've missed
Ipswich do 153/156/170 - Ipswich-Lowestoft-Norwich; Ipswich-Peterborough; Westerfield-Felixstowe; Chippenham Junction - Cambridge; Ipswich - Harwich International. There is a possibility they do London-Norwich with 90+mk3 (it's either Ipswich or Colchester; Ipswich also possibly sign 321+360. Link 1 Colchester drivers do Ipswich - Peterborough but I believe that's with Ipswich guards)
As always; if anyone can correct me please do

godfreycomplex is mostly right with a few clarifications for Ipswich and Norwich. Only the ex Anglia depots touch Mk3 sets and the northern end of the GEML, so London, Ipswich and Norwich.

Ipswich; London - Norwich, Ipswich - Lowestoft, Lowestoft - Norwich, Ipswich - Felixstowe, Ipswich - Peterborough, Ipswich - Cambridge, Ipswich - Harwich International (they don't sign the full branch) and Colchester - Colchester Town. Sign the DMU fleet, Mk3 sets and 321s.
Norwich; London - Norwich, Norwich - Sheringham/Yarmouth/Lowestoft, Lowestoft - Ipswich, Ipswich - Felixstowe, Norwich - Cambridge. Sign 153, 156, 158, 170, Mk2 and Mk3 sets. No Norwich guards, well proper ones who've not been sullied by Ipswich (he knows who he is on here...) sign EMUs or any branches south of Ipswich tunnel.

I have applied for the trainee depot drivers job too but if I apply for this one to fall back on if that is alright? Once i'm working with GA is it easier to move within?

Whether it's easier or not is a difficult one. What I would say is you're looking at at least a year on the guard's job realistically before you'd move on. It's also not the kind of job to do if you don't really want to be doing it!

Thanks for the reply. I would love to work on the trains and eventually work my way up which I have no problem with.

My only concern is the wage, as I will apply for the Norwich one it’s only £19,200. Is that just a training wage and will move up after a training period?

Yeah training is about 6 months after that you go up to around 23k, then 6 months later another rise, followed by another larger rise 6 months after that I believe. Basic salary for a Norwich Senior Conductor after the allowed time is £29200. Conductors slightly less but this is boosted by higher ticket commission.

Had an email yesterday inviting me to complete tests. Have just done the tests, you have 2 tests one customer service multiple choice one and a checking test where you check the digits or letters and have a small amount of time to pick the matching one from a list. That on was hard I missed at least 5 questions because of the time limit :( I am hoping the pass score isn't too high!
