I was checking Realtime trains about 10 days ago and noticed a train through Hellifield from Glasgow to Blackburn with an express passenger (begins with a 1) train code.
The train was top and tailed and appears to be a one off special. According to the information on Realtime trains it did actually run.
Does anyone have any further info, please.

Regards

Mike

If you could provide the precise date and at least a rough time of the train that might help identify it. Assume the reporting number began 1Z to denote a 'special' train of some sort?

There was a private charter train which ran from Glasgow to Blackburn via Carlisle, Carnforth and Hellifield yesterday afternoon.
