Glitchy Euston departure board?

Observing the departure board at Euston, I’ve noticed every time the feed refreshes, it switches between ‘boarding’, ‘preparing shortly’ and ‘please wait’, despite already being advertised and announced previously.

The feed refreshes every 1-2 minutes.

Could this be a human or a computer error? I can't tell. It could be getting confused between multiple services and delays, where sometimes trains may wait a few minutes for a platform if there is high congestion.
