Gospel Oak

Off to London next week, but will only have a few hours to spare for rail interests. I'm going to Gospel Oak, what's the station like for photographs and freight movements please?

the number of freight train can vary last time i was there i saw 20 in 4 hours 1000 to 1400 but the time before i was only 6 in the same time
as for photo trains heading for barking you can only get going a way shot as the the Gospel oak to barking unit is in the way most of the time

Yes been, and how annoying that you can not take good photographs of the locomotives coming from the Barking direction.
