Grand Central - Senior Conductor

I’ve just been accepted into the talent pool for Senior Conductor at Grand Central which is a great feeling even though I know there is still a long way to go.

I was just wondering if anyone one on here is currently in that role for them or has been in the role previously would be able to say what they are like to work for?

All opinions are welcome.
