What about when he's wearing an outrageously coloured jacket.

Erm, what do you think? another shot? maybe each shot needs to be a different spirit.

Good idea.

Don't forget the reversed film showing trains on the wrong track that must be worth at least a bag of crisps.

Could also add in when he goes and sits next to a complete random person and starts talking about the destination he is going to.

1) When Michael Portillo mentions Bradshaw - Shot

Expect to have well over 15 shots per half an hour show then!

Oooh thought of another one: everytime he stays at a hotel recommended by Bradshaw as opposed to a Premier Inn like the rest of us.

4) When the Long Shot of the train doesn't match the train he's on - Down a Pint.

Could also do that (in fact, 2 pints) for that rare occasion where he doesn't get a seat. :o

I've just remembered how just before he enters his hotel he always says how he has an early start the next day - every single time.

p.s. One thing that really comes across is how he's very enthusiastic about the programme rather than just an ex-MP trying his hand at broadcasting.

I reckon he would have made a cracking prime minister.

Don't forget a whole bottle of whisky whenever he mentions that bridge he saved!
