All - What is your experience with getting refunds from Greater Anglia for not providing First Class on services that they should have done?
At the moment I'm trying to claim for several journeys that they substituted a Stansted Express 745 in for an Intercity one, one from a few weeks ago and one from last weekend and I've not heard a peep out of Greater Anglia, despite filling in the correct form.
How long is reasonable to give them before I start to pressure them?
