I’ve always found Recruitment Team phone numbers fairly well kept secrets - for fairly obvious reasons.

I know this sounds stupid, but have you tried emailing to explain you’d rather ask via a telephone?

I have emailed them on the address I have a few times but it's hard to get my point across via email.

I'm in the talent pool but have passed other enhanced tests. I want to make sure they know that as it may help me in progressing. It seems in this industry that if you just sit still and wait for things to happen then nothing will

It's a central database. They'll know

And you're already in a pool so won't actually matter all that much anyway.
