Hi all, has anyone done a Govia Southern assessment centre recently? Can anyone advise of what to expect and if they do an interview on the day? I have mine on the 12th of May and just want to understand the structure of the day. Thanks in advance

Trainee train driver. Sorry not worded particularly well, I’m trying to find out the type of questions asked if an interview is part of the day. Thnks

I thought I would write this to offer you an insight into the Assessment day. I went in for the assessment day at Leeds City centre. I got there at 08:30 and went to a waiting are where over the course of 15 mins I met three other candidates who would be on the assessment day with me. We went...
