You are probably looking in the region of £23-26K, OT and rest day works available, Sundays more than likely to be outside the working week, sorry can't be much more specific.
Thinking back, I was on approx £22k as a dispatcher, but admittedly that was about 6 yrs ago.

Around the 19-21k mark exc Sundays/Bank Hols. That's from what I remember, varies between TOCs.
