Gwr prosecution

I had been interviewd under caution and had intially lied but in the interview ended up telling the truth. I had 50 offences of short faring on my trainline and the guy said a letter will be in my post. I had contacted Manak solicitor who said they are 100 percent success rate for an out of court settlement with gwr. With short faring at times 10 offences i brought it with 16-17 rail card but i have an 18-25. Do you think this will succeed an out of settlement or will i get prosecuted. I worked out in a spreadsheet that i did not pay £500

We think that you should probably follow the solicitors advice for now rather than asking for help on here.

I got caught doing a short fared journey from Reading to paddington but paid for reading to reading west. The inspector took a photo of all my trainline history. Most of my trips were from southampton airport to reading but i had got on swr without paying then got on gwr paying a short fare ticket from reading west to reading. Will i pay out of court settlement for the reading to baisingstoke trip or the reading to southampton airport trip as i only used gwr to baisingstoke. I got stopped and inspected by gwr officer.
