Help/advice required: GTR Revenue Control Officer

Hi guys I'm new to the forum and I've recently applied for a revenue control officer job for GTR. I've previously worked for Southern for a summer job between uni as a customer service officer/security so I have a bit of experience with station layouts/operations etc.

I've passed the online assessment and have been invited to an assessment day at Croydon for the next part of my application. I was just wondering what type of questions and assessments this will involve and if anyone has any advice for either the assessments or the role. I will be stationed at Finsbury Park in London (if I hopefully get the job).

Any advice would be much appreciated,

It's pretty straight forward. Make sure you go through the everything that's given to you. For the role play keep calm and give the correct info from the briefing. And the interview will be on a another day

So I passed the initial assessment and roleplay yesterday and I've been given an interview (unfortunately it's in a months time), any advice for the interview, what kind of questions they ask etc?

Well done. The interview is basically customer service heavy and cmpetency based. Just have a lot of good customer service situations in mind. Good luck.

Hey, I have my interview tomorrow and I was wondering if you've gotten your offer yet and how long after passing the interview you started the role, what are the next steps etc.
