Help with GWR "First time upload instructions"

Hi.
Can anyone enlighten me what photo does GWR want me to upload before attending the assessment centre? The part comes straight after all the instructions how to get to the assessment centre. Below is the screenshot of the page.

I would appreciate any advice from anyone that had similar case before their assessment.

I emailed and asked before Stage 1 back in April and got no response… so uploaded nothing.

Is there anything in the PDF to explain it? Otherwise it says a photo, which might be a passport style photo of yourself.
