The information you need is here
www.railwaycodes.org.uk/elrs/_mileages/r/rlg.shtm

RLG Rillington Junction to Grosmont Junction
0.00 Rillington Junction with YMS (25.48)
0.38 Marishes Junction with Scampston Curve (0.38)
3.07 MARISHES ROAD
4.63 Black Bull siding
6.11 Mill Lane Junction with PIS (0.00)
6.13 Mill Lane Junction with HMY (18.49)
6.50 PICKERING
12.43 LEVISHAM
FARWORTH †
13.40 Raindale siding †
14.09 Bridge No 16 †
15.20 Newton Dale siding †
15.59 NEWTONDALE preservation station
GOATHLAND SUMMIT †
≈19.43 Summit Junction with Grosmont Old Branch (≈4.30)
21.09 GOATHLAND formerly G. MILL
24.16 Grosmont Deviation Junction with Grosmont Old Branch (0.00)
24.38 GROSMONT
24.44 Grosmont Junction with MBW2 (29.66) and MBW3 (24.44)
Some slight discrepancies in the mileages you quoted.

The above suggests
Pickering 0mi 0ch
Levisham 5mi 73ch
Newtondale 9mi 9ch
Goathland 14mi 39ch
Grosmont 17m 68ch

If you want more up to date versions, I would recommend the Heritage Railway Miles & Chains book by Stuart Clarke.

Yeah I know Stuart. Used to work with him years ago.
Lovely guy.
I keep meaning to get the latest version of one of the European books.
Have to sort out giving him a call.

In case it's of any use I've attached my own small list of selected mileages. It was purely intended for my personal use so it's a bit cryptic and in some cases incomplete for intermediate stations, and it uses mostly made-up station codes (which are not difficult to work out though!). Obtained from various sources including working out values from Track Atlas.

It covers the GCR, ELR, Bluebell, Peak Rail, Watercress, Spa Valley, GWSR, EVR, and the SVR
I think the figures are accurate apart from Eridge as noted, but no guarantees given!

It's just a plain text file but as it's got non-Windows line endings may not show correctly in (e.g.) old versions of Windows Notepad (current versions should be OK).
