I believe there are some tunnels in the Berlin area.

There is no direct service at the moment. Amsterdam to Berlin uses Vectron-hauled DB locomotives and EU44s operate PKP services from Berlin to Warsaw.

Ahh ok do you know the length of the tunnels? If not by guess are they short or long?

An overland journey from Amsterdam to Warsaw will naturally route across the Great North European Plain staying to the north of the Harz mountains. As such the railways providing such links have never needed tunnels. I suspect the longest tunnel involved would be that under central Warsaw which is no longer than 2,226 metres and of course Centralna station is situated roughly half way along it. The main east-west line through Berlin by contrast is an elevated railway above street level.

The ICEs come in via Spandau and from the North of the Hauptbahnhof these days.

https://www.openrailwaymap.org/mobile.php? would answer your question. I find it very useful.

Assuming you take the direct route via Bad Bentheim, there are no tunnels: the IC from Amsterdam normally uses the Stadtbahn (above ground) and terminates at Ostbahnhof, as do ICE services from the west. However, they can be diverted into the underground platforms after Spandau, in which case you would need to change there.
