How do you check whether a certain train is reliable ?

I know there is a website which lets you look up a particular train, over a number of days / weeks to see if it's generally on time, or whether it even runs at all ... but I don't know the site details

For example .. York to Manchester Victoria on a Sunday at 10:49 (TPE)

I am actually considering booking a journey for 3rd September, so wish to check the most recent journeys. I realise what has happened over the past few Sundays may not affect trains running in September, but it might give an idea on the reliability.
