Does anyone know proposed service patterns for Phase 1 of HS2? I have seen on Wikipedia that there will be three trains an hour to Birmingham Curzon Street, but it does not mention classic compatible trains running to destinations such as Manchester/Liverpool/Glasgow.

The summary is:
All trains originate at London Euston and stop at Old Oak Common
Three trains per hour to Birmingham Curzon Street, all stopping at Birmingham Interchange, and a fourth train in peak hours only.
Two trains per hour to Liverpool Lime Street, one stopping at Stafford and Runcorn, the other at Warrington Bank Quay (WBQ is widely believed to be misprint for Runcorn).
Three trains per hour to Manchester Piccadilly, all stopping at Stockport and one at Wilmslow
One train per hour to Preston, stopping at Warrington Bank Quay and Wigan North Western
One train per hour to Glasgow Central, stopping at Warrington Bank Quay, Wigan North Western and Preston.

Consequent changes to ICWC services are quite complex, but the key points are:

Hourly London-Birmingham-Liverpool extends the Wolverhampton/Coventry-London trains. (Liverpool LS, Liverpool SP, Runcorn, Crewe, Stafford, Wolverhampton, Sandwell and Dudley, Birmingham New Street, Birmingham International, Coventry, Rugby, Milton Keynes Central, Watford Junction, London). The LM Liverpool-Birmingham stopper is not affected.

New Crewe-London hourly through the Trent Valley on ICWC replaces LM service.

Hourly Manchester-London stopper (Mancheter, Stockport, Macclesfield, Stoke, MKC, London).

Hourly Glasgow-London stopper (Glasgow Central, Carlisle, Penrith, Oxenholme, Lancaster, Preston, Wigan North Western, Crewe, Milton Keynes Central, London Euston).

Doesnt tally up with a lot of documents I have seen. No extra peak train from Curzon St and the classic services are still very much up in the air.
